Shipping, Exchanges and Duties

UK, International and Worldwide Shipping 

We offer shipping worldwide from a fulfilment centre across the world.  All shipping rates are calculated at checkout once weight and size of products are know.

We may be able to offer express shipping in some locations.  This option will be available at checkout if it can be offered in your location.

All shipping rates are live as we use a connected system with our shipping providers.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are not offered unless a product is defective.  Should you receive a defective product i.e. a miss print or damaged item, this will be assessed prior to offering an exchange/ refund.

Refunds or exchanges due to wrong sizing will not be offered due to the limited nature of our runs.

Exchanges are not offered due to the products being limited print/ release.

Import Duties

Platform Ready Apparel is a U.K. based company. All prices quoted are in U.K. Pounds and do not include any exchange rates. All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, which means you will be responsible for any import duties, customs, tariffs, and taxes. Each country has different requirements and Platform Ready Apparel does not provide estimates or advice on these potential fees.
